2. Register
Register your LLP on Bizfile
Register your LLP name and incorporation on ACRA Bizfile. Fee: S$100. Local partners sign via Singpass.

Appoint a manager
Every LLP must appoint a manager who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. The manager is responsible for ensuring compliance.
4. Ongoing
File Annual Declaration with ACRA
LLPs must file an Annual Declaration of Solvency or Insolvency with ACRA within 7 months of the financial year end.
